Bella refuses to go potty. I dunno shes always been hard to get to do all her business outside. She has gotten better here since I got her in Feb. after my neighbor sadly passed away. I inherited little Bella because she was scared no one would take her in her family or would want her and she wanted her safe. So, Bella stays with me. I have known her since my neighbor had got her so she really loves me just she gets that No i won't do anything narrow look at you when she will not do something. Everyone assumes shes an elderly dog lol but she is 4!
