finally decided to do something with an old oc i made, this boy was added to this group to maintain and abandoned powerplant. he lives along side the most dangerous dragon types- radioactive. they are highly aggressive. however the mist dangerous would be the rare few radioactive underworld dragons that roam.now something to note- necrolice here is 6 foot tall. the dragon behind him is an underworld type
