Kenta is in hiding with his enemy-ally, the oni. Both of them are working with each other, as they're both victim to the bad Crusaders, who hunt sinners (like Kenta) and demons (like the oni). Kenta shares an MP-Potion, as the oni asks him for a way to cleanse her "Youki", the mystical energy she has as a youkai-demon.
MioChin loves drawing the oni in her girl form, so having an excuse to make her act with someone was about right for him. Though the wall behind is a bit basic, it's about the two characters having a... moment?
