This is amazing! I know you titled it Time Guardian, but if this isn't a representation of Bubo I don't know what is!

The whole gears, time pieces, a watch's innards... and the blades omg. the variety. the intrinsic details that go into composing the owl (i mean, even the bird-claw feet! and the tuff of feathers usually found between their eyes!), the clock hands too.
and I find myself strangely fixated on the charm keychain looking thing hanging from it's tail, like, this owl is a pet of some mage - what with the cresent moon and star detail on that part.
All in all, breathtaking to even look at. Definetely a signature piece where I will enjoy staring at every small detail on this - but more more more delightfully so coz it has that steampunk vibe that i LOVE SO MUCH <3

A Swiss Army Owl!
Joking aside, this is quite impressive! I looked at the WIP photos; did you just dive into pencilling the details without much planning aside from the basic shapes of the owl, or did you sketch those out roughly first?
It all looks rather flat, but I'm guessing that's intentional? It's all consistently flat, so it works fairly well.

The shape of the owl was the only one planned. The gears, tubes, pipes, etc are just whatever that came in my mind during the penciling process. Thanks for the comment!
