Culprit and Annabelle, but who is that?

I've decided to make Culprit a love/horror Pasta, who has a tragic love story involved with his new background story.

When Teen was alive back in the 1920's, he had loved a girl named Anneli, who was a German girl in school. She didn't receive the most nicest comments from other students, as she was called various names for being a foreigner. But Culprit loved her, not because she was beautiful, but she was an honest and wonderful person with a hard life. The two fell in love and went through life together - through the Roaring 20's, through the Great Depression.

When Culprit died, Anneli was the only thing on his mind before he died. Coming back as a phantom, now in the modern ages, Culprit haunts the streets of an unknown neighborhood that was once his home. That was when he ran into Annabelle, a young girl walking home from school, quietly being followed by a creep. If it weren't for Teen, something bad would have happened to Annabelle. Scaring away the creep, Annabelle was horrified by Teen's physical appearance, running away in utter fear. But Teen went after her, calling for her in the name of Anneli.

Annabelle and Anneli are not blood related, however they have a striking resemblance. Teen now haunts her home in silence, only appearing in mirrors or during nighttime where he can watch Annabelle sleep.
