One of these days I keep telling myself I want to do a convention, get a table and do the commission thing. I am near San Diego, and Comic con...one of the biggest in the world, but it's so big it sort of frightens me when I know that the REAL artists are all going to be there and who's going to look twice at my stuff when they can get art from the guys who actually work in comics. I need to do a con in Utah or someplace like that...lower expectations by the attendees.

Dude, guys who do sexy-ass pin-ups, robots, and spaceships are ALWAYS in demand. And on top of that, you do a more interesting variety of characters than most folks I see at cons. I say give it a go! I wouldn't do SDCC simply 'cuz it's WAY too expensive, but definitely check out the more reasonably-sized shows in your area.

Thanks for the encouragement...one of my biggest problems is I don't like to draw in front of people...it makes me really self conscious and I screw up easily. I'm the kind of artist who likes to make his mistakes in private so no one ever knows!
I would like to find a nice medium or small size convention upon which to cut my teeth.

I don't go anywhere or do anything enough to feel the need to bathe every day. Though i know i bathe less than i should anyhow.
