And now, another chapter of "It Sucks to Be Weegie". Laugh and cry with Mario's little brother Luigi as he struggles with handicap of...well...being Luigi.Frankly, I'd be perfectly content with propeller helmet. Anywho, this particular strip was inspired by *comicalclare who did this really cute Propeller Luigi Art Card .
