Description
A quote that I came up with myself while thinking about some personal things. I decided that I wanted to write it down, make it look good, and show it to other people and inspire them to also be happy despite what may be wrong in their lives.
Color Choices: I took my colors from the flags of the two sexualities stated, which are here ([link] ). Gay is a rainbow, straight is black and white, but I chose to make the straight shades of grey because even being straight there is no black and white, but shades of grey and so many variations.

It's not really a pun, the quote is saying that the speaker was born gay, but if he could choose to be straight or gay, he'd choose whichever made him happiest.

One thing I never understood with what they do on TV, on TV there would be a highschool boy whose all "OMIGAWD I'm Gay! I don't wanna be gay! FML" . . .I could be wrong, being I only no few gays/lesbians in real life but they chose to be that way.
I asked one of my friends once how they met there lover and they simply said "I fell in love, that's how I became lesbian"
Is it not a happiness thing? Something you choose. You choose who you want to love, man, woman, or both.

You don't choose who you're attracted to. If I could choose, I wouldn't be attracted to women, so that I could fall in love with a man and be accepted by society. Yes, if I fall in love with a woman, I am happy with her, but society still gives me grief for being gay, saying I had a choice in who I was initially attracted to.

But you cannot choose their gender. You cannot have a choice in what you are or are not sexually attracted too. Hell if I could be with a man. If I could bare it. If I could stomach it. The only men I find vaguely attractive are feminine in appearance. Like REALLY fem. but no matter what they are men. They are of the masculine gender and have a penis, and no matter what. I just do not find that even remotely attractive. In fact it has me wanting to run for the hills or to spend my life alone.
So, sorry to say but no I disagree.

Maybe, but you can't choose who you're attracted to or what attracts you. I've only been in love once and it was a developed over a period of time type of thing, where the more I knew about the person, the more I loved them. But I never would have dated them if I hadn't initially been attracted to them.

I may be attracted to some hot person, but if I know they're some idiot douche I can walk away. Just as someone who finds a person of the same sex hot can walk away and date someone who is of a different sex. Or vice versa, is someone wants to be hay they can go date the same sex and ignore the rest.

I support any ones choice in gender but to be honest, there are always two ways with this. Be gay and hide it, even though you want to vomit every time you wake and find a wife beside you in bed. Or be gay and accept it fully but be a target of many insults and hateful words by those who can't accept themselves, or those who can't understand it.

I think the straight part is black and white because being straight is more mainstream than being queer, and mainstream things aren't really that exciting after a while. Rainbow stands out much more than black and white, and I think a queer person would stand out in a crowd of straight people. That's just my opinion, though. :U

No, actually I'm gay and I was really stupid to say that I don't approve of the lgbt. You can't really have an opinion on someone's sexuality as it is a objective fact, it's not for anyone else to decide or comment on.

Hm, well you aren't one of those hysterical people from what I can tell. Flamers, extreme haters. They are a problem. Doesn't matter really what it is that they are hating but the fact that they are kicking up enough of a stink to anger others as well. That's a problem.

Now I as a lesbian disagree with you. Were it a choice I would choose to be straight. I'd be best friends with my girlfriend. I wouldn't have an attraction to her. I would be able to have a proper marriage. To have kids and the "picture perfect" life.
But you cannot choose. Or at least I cannot choose. I am attracted to women not men. 
I mean, yeah, as long as you aren't blatantly hating and can see that gays deserve to be together and happy (whether you think its their choice or not doesn't really matter) then I think your alright. Not fantastic
