Kevin, this is amazing. You know I have an affinity for characters who can generate lightning, so this one is certainly no exception
In your comments made on your blog, you said you made him more rugged and older than you had intended, but honestly, I think he looks fantastic. The air of playful determination on his face is captured so perfectly, I can almost hear his thoughts.
I also love how the inky black of his hair complements his rendered red cape. Similarly so with the deep blues of his costume and how it contrasts with the really fine details of the lighter areas.
There is a great sense of motion in this piece which I am completely jealous of; I can sense that he is flying through a well-rendered lightning-filled sky. I'm assuming that lightning was created with masking fluid?
Marvel certainly needs more gay characters, but for right now, Wiccan's creation is fine (at least for me; I'm over Northstar already).

AWESOMENESS! He was always one of my favorite characters, the unfourtunate thing is because of him no one's gonna make a Young Avengers movie Damn you homophobic media! (i'm actually a straight girl, but half my friends are gay, even my old babysitter he made us call him Mr. Fabulous or Claybacca)
