This image is based on the idea that we truly don't realize the darkness we are trapped in until there is a light to reveal it.

I have come into the world as light, so that whoever believes in me may not remain in darkness. (John 12:46)

For this project I got the chocolate syrup out and poured it all over my left hand and arm. I thought about using it on my shirt too for the heart, but I decided just to draw all of that in photoshop. Overall this project took about 2 hours to complete.
