I think that this Alien(s) would be locked to Ben until he got and/or gets master control due to them having multiple personalities rolling around. they would probably get more additional personalities along the way. if Ben in this for accumulates enough mass it will give him a new alien. in this form he can also make his opponents sick by flinging some of his mass into them.
