Something requested ages ago I just got done a few weeks ago XD!WereTiger - breath of fire III (I ..think anyway ^^" *suxorz*)
Got a new scanner :3 It kills my artwork to :c luckily I also got my paws on photoshop! Sooo.. it's had its brightness fucked with a bit.
Water colors, needle tipped pen, little bit of yellow marker.
Took maybe ...5-6 hours all together? (I know I slow :c and had lil' Gir-sama in my lap most of the time to xD)

Actually, you drew the "Rei Hybrid Dragon". It's okay, I used to think it was Rei's WereTiger form, too, till I found all of Ryu's "Hybrid" forms.
