Well, permissions aside, you did a very nice job of recoloring. I too use Dangeruss modified Nijikon Fetchi background and I finally have a Sonique skin that goes well with it. Nice Job.

If the permission in the txt file hasn't change he only have permission to upload to HIS site, and as far as I know DevArt ISN'T his site!!
