Another piece of art from my manga - drew it today during the long, casual weekend RP with Alex. X3

It's my first piece where I've actually drawn the sisters actually together - I wanted to do Zuri and Magji together partly because Zuri looks up to Magji more than either of her other two sisters...even though their first meeting almost killed Zuri. >.>

*cough* backstory *cough*

Of the four goddess sisters, they all have an element that is their general power - and thus with their other sisters: their element will be powerful over one, weak against another and neautral against the final one. Naturally, being the goddess of fire, Zuri is very weak to water. Non of the sisters knew each other straight away (as they were not born like the regular people of their world) so when Zuri does actually meet Magji for the first time, her power is almost reduced to nothing (infact...she almost drowns in the pools in the temple that Magji lives).

Of course...this sorta stuff is explained better in the manga. But Zuri does look up to Magji the most...partly because she thinks she's the most wonderful, beautiful person she's ever known - and wants to grow up to be just like her. *gush!*

I was trying out some new sketch paper and...discovered it hated marker. They bled everywhere and I spent ages trying to clean up the image. So I never plan to use it again for maker work (it's what you get with cheep stuff anyways. XP)

And yes, I did leave out Magji's right eye...mainly to prevent the odd look it would have had with the detail in their hair crossing over it (HAS been done in anime art before - I've seen it. X_X).
