Nah, actually, all my kinky is purely in my head/art. I own a buncha old Playboys from the 90s which sit around never being read (used) for years. My mind is better than any porn book/video.
I also got disenchanted with toys and stuff 15 years ago. There are some anime posters around in frames, a lot of anime cells in my hallway, and some plushies hanging around that I used for reference years and years ago. Other than that, nothing bad. It's a real mess in here at the moment, because I am getting ready to rip out my bedroom closet and rebuild it back into the "attic" for a super walk in I can actually stand up in. It's fairly classy in here, but stuffed with things. That BBQ is sitting in my living room, all assembled. -_-;

Heh, my best friend introduced me to it back last year. She just kinda hinted that I may like it, and then asked me to draw her a picture of Chopper for her birthday (which was just her being sneeky, I think, as: a) She knew I'd adore him the moment I read about him/saw him and b) Her fave character is actually Usopp. XD

I was introduced in 2003/4 to OP. It's hard to imagine how someone could come along last year and catch up. Did you see ALL of it??? Holy crap. Took me a month to watch the first 93 episodes. Gotta still watch episodes 200-400 thoroughly, but I've seen almost all of them out of context many times.
You are pretty intense a person to have all these friends and stuff and super OP love and everything else. YOU'RE GOING TO EXPLODE! I'm the opposite--almost no social life at all in any way, slow livin', only interested in 2 or 3 things and never too crazy about anything.

I've read all the manga up to the current chapter. I have seen MOST of the anime, but some episodes I've skipped and am currently trying to watch on-and-off now. I've seen all of the fillers since they were something different. Mostly it's the early episodes and skypeia that I need to see the rest of. :/ Skypeia anime version is harder to get through than the manga one.

SKYPEIA ANIME!! omg. I just finished it. SO HARD!! It really is a pain, and boring as hell aside from the start and the last couple episodes. it was a story Oda started really interestingly, with the stuff on the island below and the tests of the gods and so on.... then it just becomes a meaningless set of battles that are drawn out and boring. >.
Recent OP is getting like that again. Filler Bark was like that as well. I really loathe when Oda goes into that lifeless story mode of his. Painful to watch.
OH GOD, you watched the filler?!? The filler episodes are super terrible until the naval base G5 or g-10 whatever. That wasn't too bad, and the kid with the seahorse wasn't too bad either, but kind of weird. I still haven;t seen the filler after Enies Lobby. -_-;
I should be watching one episode a day, but it feels like such a chore.

Yeah, that's how I feel with Skypeia. I actually kind of enjoyed Thriller Bark. Well, more than Skypeia at least. If only because I also loved the outfits some of the Straw Hats were sporting (Still love Usopp and Chopper's attire for the first half) And also Brook.
I just saw the spoilers for the latest OP manga chapter two. Damnit ALL I want to go back to the rest of the crew NOW plz?
*lol* Apis Arc filler was like pulling teeth. :/ I do LOVE the G8 arc with a massive passion, though. I actually think it's not only good OP filler, but perhaps one of the best anime fillers in general that I've seen to date. The Seahorse one was also interesting (asides some of the bad animation). It was based off of one of the OP video games too, from what it seems.
I don't mind filler also if it's stuff Oda originally wanted in but couldn't due to page restraints - like Usopp getting his goggles.
I wouldn't bother with that Ice Man or whatever it's called filler that follows straight after Enies Lobby. Really, it's not that great and you can avoid it unless you actually want to watch ALL the anime eventually.

Oh man. You actually watched Apis. I began watching the series in ernest when I had 93 episodes downloaded. It was tough to watch the first one, so I skipped ahead to around episode 60, or wherever the Laboon arc began with Vivi. OMG- that was so awesome! But, I got cut off in the Alabastard arc to start from the beginning... and it ENDED AT APIS!! I was going to die watching Apis. It was the crappiest way to end a 93 episode stretch of OP. -_-;
My hope is that they take all of the Oda cover-art stories and animate them, like they did with Coby and Helmeppo. Those would make great-great fillers, especially since stuff comes around, like Hachi and Kaimi. I wouldn;t mind if they even did 15 second filler scenes spliced together every so often with scenarios of the simple, animal covers. Just to fill in some space and time. The anime property isn't as well thought out as it could be. But, it's damn fun most times.
I'd love to see the entire series, and I will, but I gotta start with one or two episodes a day so I can catch up within a year.

Yeah, I watched Apis. I kept watching in the HOPES that there would be some good in it. Sadly, asides an Usopp being pretty cool moment, there wasn't. :/ Ah, bummer (at least that guy with the dice-you-up-nails was voiced by a Seiyuu I really like, that was a plus for me).
I don't think the anime will do anymore of the cover-art stories anymore - simply because I heard the ratings on those episodes were very, very low. Would make for some good filler for the anime when they need to do filler, but I guess not.
Well, so long as you keep up with the manga, you're on track. :3 My friend who stayed with me in January got into OP while she was here, and went back home to start watching it. She's up to Enis Lobby now, I think. Dear god, she's on a roll watching all that! XD I think she wants to get as far ahead as she can before Unlimited Cruise is released in PAL format so she doesn't get too many spoilers.

If a person can get into OP they can go quite far very quickly. I watched the first 93 within about 3 weeks and REALLY wanted to see all of Alabastard. I could see someone watching the first 160 in a month. After that... it gets tough to watch Skypeia thoroughly. Took me 4 years to get through it. ^-^;
The stuff afterwards is really good until around episode 300 when Oda began hitting his typical, modern mode of BS where everyone runs around for 4, 9, or 30 chapters doing nothing in particular while Oda tries to figure out what to write next. Enies got that way, so did Filler Bark, and now this prison BS. My favorite rung is still all of Water 7 until about when Luffy reaches Rob Ruchi in the bridge turret of Enies. Once Luffy goes up against Rob, the story grinds to a halt and only the Fwanky on the bridge was great stuff for me until Merry shows up. @_@;
I think it's sad that Oda isn't more on top of the writing, because everything else about the series is really cool... once you get over the weirdo design that smacks of insane gay.

;O; Yeah, 4 years is ridiculous, because the work doesn't merit 4 years of effort, more like 2. It could have and should have been done in 2.5 years. When the 2 year mark rolled around I was done everything but 6 issues of inks. -_-; Fuck.
Thriller Bark killed me from the beginning. First, whoever scanned the manga was re-drawing crap and I just thought Oda lost his marbles. A year or two later I looked at a combo-digest-book from Japan and thought, "HOLY SHIT! THRILLER BARK LOOKS GREAT!" and caught up on it. Then, the story became horridly arbitrary and nothing truly connected to characters. In such a giant arc, he should have used something more poignant that just perversion+marriage and wacky science experiments. His antagonists had no life to them, no depth. That kind of arc with that kind of character motivation should have been only 30 issues instead of 100+. The biggest problem was the battle against that giant thingy...it DRAAAGGGEDZZZZzzzzzzzzzz. And it was even worse in anime. And finally, I really loathed how he wrote Frobin during that arc. She became a bitch instead of a ho, and acted completely different than she should have. She should really be doting on Franky by this point; it doesn't have to be romance, but after Enies Lobby?!??? She should be stuck to him ever chance. There should just be longing glimpses and smiles in his direction from her. They are the "parents" of the crew, after all.
I stopped reading since about February. Are they getting anywhere yet? I felt insulted by the writing in the dungeons. Wanna see Franky, Chopper, Brooke: their arcs looked pretty fun. Nami was typically bitching at people, Robin was typically in chains again, and Sanji's arc is disturbing as hell. haha OH ZORO'S ARC!! I WANNA SEE HIM AND HORO PORKING! ^-^ heh.
Yeah, Insanely Gay-One Piece. There is this sickly homosexual feel to so much of the design. And the anime in particular is loaded with penises!! When I was watching the first 250 episodes, I was shocked at how many hidden penises, or obvious penises, were stuffed into every 24 minute episode.

Thriller Bark had such promise. I like the general design for a lot of the characters in that (Brook, Oz/Odz/whatever-the-hell-the-Romaji-is, Perona (my fave design from that arc), all the stiched up Zombies) and it had its moments for sure but it did drag on and OH GODS THE OZ FIGHT IN THE ANIME. Those animators were seriously killing time to let Oda get ahead but GEEZE. I think I would have perfered a filler (asides that 2-episode-boobie-filled fanservice one, perhaps one with a little more plot?) The animation in that Oz fight got worse and worse. Where did they use Tate?...in the episode after all the action where Brook spends all that time playing the piano and chatting. Geeze, the guy is brilliant at animating action and fights...why not USE him for THAT? D:
Oda/the animators are never going to give us much, if any of Franky/Robin because they care next to none about it, sadly, despite how it was set up. Hell, I've seen more Sanji/Nami and we know that will never be since part of the inside joke of One Piece is that Sanji is never, ever going to get laid. Period. The only nice Franky/Robin I can think of to date was the ending for the Unlimited Cruise game...that gave me a happy little smile, even if only small and subtile. At least the GAME designers cared! D:
Still not getting anywhere. Ace has been dragged away. Still lots of running around. Plenty of gay. Little one-page battles that come and go so fast they have no merit....ah...and still no mention of the crew yet.

Yeah, Perona was a cool idea, since she is some kind of idealization of the Loli-Goth girls in Tokyo. She was good as a character, but again--didn't have any clear use in the plot aside from another person to mess with everyone. There was no greater purpose for Lion guy and Perona and most everyone aside from Leekubai-guy. Gah, my name recall blows now. It made sense with what the Shichibukai guy was doing, but why he was paired with that Doctor was weak indeed, and why Lion-o and Perona were joined in made NO sense at all, ever. It was very loosely combined to just have a kind of "fun park haunted house" that goes too far and never materializes anything too intense because it was being too silly too often. Ah well.
Oh, the boobie-filled filler! <3 <3 <3 I love when they play with their breasts.
The worst venture in that direction was that one special for TV with the girl and the map on her back, and the letch who is undressing her with music. Then at the end they open a giant clam and reveal a beautiful pearl.... that was 100% sexual imagery. It was all about the map to happiness being on a woman's back(front is more accurate but too racey), and they straw hats open up her sexuality by going in through the anus until she blossoms, the pearl being the clitoris, naturally. A young girls sexuality revealed, thus said to be the pride of the world. @_@; So truuuueee. hahaha That episode was utterly sexual. Even the imagery of the paint brush in the bloody pot at the beginning. Yikes.
I'm not sure how they choose the rotation of animation crews, but that was a bad episode for their best animation team. I guess he needed a break, anyway.
What Frobin happened in the game??? I thought when Franky catches Robin on the deck of the Merry at the end of Enies, it should have been instant sex! It was so damned sexy and she was so slinky and happy about it too. Sheesh. If I did that episode, she would have slipped on her own juices in the next scene.
Y'know, I can't remember where Usopp is.... it didn't do anything for me, I guess.
If I hadn't gotten distracted from F'wanky, I would have had a couple giants having sex and using Luffy as a condom, or at least chasing him so they could have pre-marital sex. Not sure how I could have shown that on dA, but it would have been highly erotic.

On the BRIGHT side though Moria is still around (and thus will hopefully pop up again for re-use later) and we KNOW Perona will have some more spotlight now with her being stuck with Zoro...seriously, Oda, why are you still messing around with LUFFY?!?
Haha, and I recall SO many people made a fuss about the boobs, too. Sure, it's extreme but...meh, it's boobs, they bounce...they gave us all the boys in their own shirtless, swim-wear look so WHY are so many girls complaining about some boobs? Bah...I dunno.

Franky/Robin in the game...well, Franky got sappy, Robin laughs, glances over at him, calls him a romantic, he quickly tries to change the subject. Obviously, the game has no Jap soundtrack with english subs, but if you don't mind the funi dubs (I don't...at least, playing the whole game had them grow on me) the ending clip is here: [link] (at 5:06, you have to sit through some final boss gameplay, though).
Usopp's on that Island with giant, man-eating bugs and such. Okay, so it wasn't really that great, but I'm a massive Usopp fan so....yeah. >__>

Letme know if the comic ever changes to the other characters. I'mnot enthused by the prison stuff in any way. REAL dull for me. It was SOOOO good again while on Shabondy, and the moment Luffy woke went into the ring with the Amazons it just hit that lazy stride of arbitrary stuff. To me. And then it got worse when he got to the prison. -_-; GAH. So bad I had to stop reading. I did the same with Filler Bark.
Episode 400 is finally half downloaded in 720p. It looks pretty cool so far. I'm starting to semi-accept the awful opener. Can't wait for the coming chapters where Ugly Bug Zapper man shows up with Kuma...or was it a Kuma bot? Anyway, that was really great in the comics, aside from the one pirate who is a DJ with a clarinet built into his arm. -_-; wth? haha That was absolutely awful!! I think Oda's left brain budges in on his right sometimes, and declares to draw something or make something... and it always leaves me wondering what went wrong in Japan.
I saw the game. Good god! Those voices are even worse than the 4Kids voices!! hard to believe. I can't figure out why Franky throws that table, either. It all seems so arbitrary. Franky sound totally awful. He should have just stode over to Robin and stuffed her a meaty filling. haha "THIS ROMANTIC ENOUGH FOR YA, BABY???"

Worse than the 4kids? Nah...I'll never appreciate Sanji with a head cold + brooklyn accent...ever. To be fair on the guys, it was their first time recording anything One Piece (this game). Their recordings of the Skypeia episodes were far, far better than this, for sure. There was a massive improvement in Sanji, Luffy and Chopper's VAs as it went along. As for the table throwing, it was a joke from earlier in the game - as he does it as a random thing when he's building stuff. I think a lot of OP games he's appeared in he's tossing a table about.
