Personality: Quirky, a little obsessed with gems. On rare occasions some of his fellow ghost-types can talk him into "playing", in which he shows to have a bit of an impish side. In spite of his obsessive nature, he's actually friendly, and loves to talk interesting facts about gems/stones to anyone who will actually listen to him.
Main role: The ranch's primary gem-hunter. Since the forge is mostly concerned with the Star-metal, there's not usually any special mining done for gems. But since they can still be useful (both as evo stones and for decoration in forged items), it is still worth having someone who can find and extract them without damaging them. Something Facet is good at (earning him the nickname Gem, which he mostly uses now). Being able to detect buried gems can also sometimes help lead to good Star-metal deposits, since gems often form near them.
Name Meaning: Facet - one side of something many-sided, especially of a cut gem. (Mostly goes by his nickname Gem now though.)
