Here is a new character redesign on Tokka Takagaru AKA The Blue Dwarf, one of the three main protagonists of The Three Cadets series alongside Arkerrick Akabura AKA The Red Giant and Hugo Ingelbert AKA The Green Medic. The Blue Dwarf is a humanoid, alien Toknan born on Planet Tokna in The Gekkon Star System whose been a resident of Planet Earth for four years. Born with dreams of being a hero and growing up in the slums of the City of Tugana, Tokka is greedy, obnoxious, boisterous, foul-mouthed, an egotistical party boy who loves Earth culture and women. He loves booze and women the fast food and snacks humans create and is also a gamer. He’s been friends with another alien, Arkerrick since they were kids and have moved together on Earth and currently live in Dimwood, Neon City with big ambitions of being superheroes like Desert Eagle or The Yellow Sun but they’re damgerous hijinx and shenanigans usually leads them into trouble with the S.P.A. Then one day, Tokka ended up getting into a violent bar fight that nearly killed him until he and Arkerrick were found by Hugo, an 18 year old German-Canadian human who is also a medic with great ambitions of heroism through professional means. Since then, the three would grow to become inseparable friends and a comical trio, trying their best to pull of heroic deeds in Neon City.

As a hero, Tokka inherits the usual advantages he and his species have from super jumping powers to a high processing metabolism (which is shown through his binge eating habits). His impoverish childhood has also helped him build up a bit of charisma and toughness despite being 4 ft talk, (which is the average height of his species). This also means he is a master thief when it comes to stealing key items or food without being detected so easily. He is also the self-proclaimed leader of the trio with Hugo and Arkerrick as he leads them to whatever scheme they plan in an attempt to be heroes. He is also equipped with his signature weapon, The T99-LZR laser pistol, which is a common weapon on his home world.
