it's not really scripting, you just need to know some simple web markup stuff to use these
scripts are like when 12 y/os fuck up WoW or when your computer automatically downloads a virus without asking you

I would want to integrate them into a CSS though. I can't do that if I don't know the proper scripts. (Is a programming nutcase)

Lol. Ask a webdesigner, they need to live from something you know...

Web design isn't that difficult...

It's very rarely the actual process of designing the web page that's difficult. It's meeting the demands of the client. Hence things like [link] and [link]

Ah, The Oatmeal. I've seen that before in a few web design things.
...well, when you bring the client into the picture then, yes, it does become quite difficult. But the creating of the original webpage itself isn't that tough.

Depends on what you're going for. An overall good looking information page will always be easier than a page with buying and selling, that has to have all the e-commerce marketing as well as design theory squished into it. But by far the worst part about the industry is dealing with clients.

And that all depends on your skill. For example, I could not currently create much to do with PHP and MySQL without consulting my book, whereas an appropriately skilled web designer (or creator) would be able to do it just fine.
Also, if that skilled bloke has a useful sense of tact and subtlety then that would certainly aid them against clients "from hell"

Not that difficult, you say? Hehe, a classic quote from anyone who has obviously never built a commercial website. Considering that most websites are sorely lacking aesthetics and functionality, and considering that even the wealthiest companies on earth have a hard time keeping their websites maintained, and considering that "web design" can mean a vast variety of things, and considering that I've been designing websites longer than you've been alive, I can completely shoot this statement down as "bullsh*t" It's not brain surgery, but building a modern website is very similar to building a house or any other physical structure. It takes experience, planning, organization, a wide expanse of skills, and a strong familiarity with constantly-changing standards and practices.

It doesn't. It needs to be clean, functional and aesthetically pleasing. Users need to be able to get around it.
I started learning HTML at XHTML 1.1, and as you say "strong familiarity with constantly-changing standards", I will say that a lot of stuff in XHTML1.1 I am able to use in HTML5 - as well as the brilliant DOCTYPE.
This goes for CSS2 to CSS3, and presumably further PHP versions than PHP5.
Additionally, usually one does not need to pay a great amount of money to build a website - unless you pay for an extravaganza of buttons and other such assets, you've basically got it free until you get up to the host. And there is practically no physical exertion unlike building a house. And you don't need a whole team of people (brickies, chippies, electricians, et cetera) to build a website.
Besides, how long you've been building websites doesn't come into it. I listen to Led Zeppelin rather a lot; this doesn't mean that I'm over forty years of age. And those companies that have a hard time "maintaining their websites" must have quite poor websites to begin with - it's easy to nip into a CSS file to totally change your website, so people who use inline styles (for example) will have a very hard time keeping their website feeling fresh and new, since they'll have to edit the style of every last page. Furthermore, with things like PHP, pages can be created on the fly, meaning that web designers need only create 5 or 6 pages with PHP and a goodly amount of knowledge; the rest will be done via the PHP.
Yes, admittedly I haven't built a commercial website since A. I've never been commissioned for one and B. I haven't the necessary experience in PHP. But I could most likely create a little site for a small business.
tl;dr - I know a lot more than you think!

Get one of the images, upload it to somewhere, then use to put it onto your page.
