Hi again! back again with a recent drawing this time! this character is my partner's oc, he is a halcandra dee from Another Dimension who has ESP powers! my partner asked if i wanted to draw a character for them and i said yea ig i can try. they gave me a character reference and asked me to make it slightly different and give them a cool scarf so that's what i did! i like him, i like him a lot and partner likes him too! the crystal like things on him are the another dimension crystals from RtDL. i think they look cool!!
