The evil simian of the city of Townsville!Mojo is The Powerpuff Girls number one arch-enemy, straight from the beginning of the Girls becoming superheroes.
Believe it or not Mojo actually created the Powerpuff Girls. He use to be a normal test monkey belonging to Professor Utonium; one day the Professor was creating the perfect little girl, out of nowhere, Jojo came and pushed Utonium into accidentally adding Chemical X into the concoction. Thus creating The Powerpuff Girls... and during the blast Jojo's brain grew out of his head, rendering him super intelligent.
