Besides when I said the difference between having feelings for somebody vs a good time. I think you mis-understood me. See I know what its like to fall into deep love for years, then for no reason be dumped when I was going to marry this woman, AND to find out she hooked up with another guy after she broke it off with me. Forgive my faith in love or humanity.
Don't get me wrong I still believe love is possible but I am just more realistic about it and nothing hurts like it use to. People don't know what they want so they back out at the last moment and shit on your entire relationship. When I was in high school my relationships would last years and would only lose a girlfriend when they moved or graduated because of the long distance.
When I was just starting as an adult it was distance and the waiting that killed both sides of a relationship. You can love somebody all you want mind and soul but people need to have touch for a relationship to continue passionately. Every one of my relationships continued for years one at a time. People need mind, body, and soul to be loved in order to maintain love or it just slips away.
All of those losses made me wiser and stronger as far as relationships go. I know what to expect. Even if you think you can never lose somebody think again. Some people will stab you in the back and the pain is so great the dagger can never be removed from the heart. I have never been the one to end a relationship until after feeling true loved and having it destroyed by somebody who betrayed me.
Lets face reality the main reason to get married is to reproduce and continue the human race so yes in a way life is about that but obviously not everything. There are mechanisms biologically in place that makes us desire to continue our family and the human race or just have a good time. Love is a byproduct of those desires of wanting to be close to somebody and live with them forever. Sorry to break it to you but there is not always a happy ending for everybody and many people suffer from such losses.
There is a time to commit and a time to not. It all depends what the female wants and the male wants. There's a big difference between love and attraction however. Its just said love is rare at lasting then it use to. Sometimes its better to be in a short but sweet relationship then be in one that suddenly crashes before you when you never expect it. What you want doesn't mean its what everybody wants keep that in mind. Fucking whoever whenever has nothing to do with it. It all comes down to choices both sides want and if they agree to it or not. Not everybody wants to commit because some people just want to not feel loanly etc. Or want a casual relationship that doesn't go as far as getting married. Times have changed so good luck finding what you want. Its out there just very rare.

im 19, just old fashioned. kinda a shame really.i want the type of relationship that both my dad and grandma managed to have. seems to run in the family so perhaps i have a chance with the same type of relationship
