XD I noticed that you are open to constructive criticism, so I figured I'd pop in and see what I can offer.
Since I'm studying anatomy, that's what I'm going to focus on
I guess I'll just go over the first panel. The hair coloring is nicely done, it has some nice texture and it isn't too 'solid' or flat. What sticks out to me first though is the shirt and skirt. I'm not really sure where your light source is, but both are rather flat compared to the hair. One way to fix this is to add in more cloth folds, and for the white shirt, perhaps using an extremely saturated and light blue as a base color and building off of that with different hues of blue could help add some visual interest.
The skirt would be okay but the plaid stripes don't change color with the rest of the cloth folds and the light source is different from that of the shirt.
The next thing that sticks out to me is the arms. The elbows should go down lower, even if her shoulders are bunched up from being embarrassed or stressed. They'd be closer to her rib cage instead of significantly higher.
The shading on the arms is good, though. The light source is consistent with the shirt.
Moving on down, the hips seem off. From your earlier works, I'm guessing the tail is connected to the tail bone, right? If this is the case, then her hips should actually be higher up her back. The tail bone is about center of the round form of the butt when viewed from the back. This also makes the legs look confusing. The back of female legs are usually more flat than the front due to the muscles, so with the light source and shading on the legs... XD It actually makes them look backwards.
Some really good anatomy books that I can recommend would be 'Dynamic Figure Drawing' by Burne Hogarth, 'Dynamic Anatomy' by Burne Hogarth and 'Anatomy: A complete Guide for Artists' by Joseph Sheppard. These three are pretty much what I've learned from and still learn from. They're essential when it comes to drawing the human figure.
