Okay, constructive crit time!
Well, it has cat girls and demon girls and shorty-short animu skirts and giant boobies, which is not the sort of thing I generally go for. Not on a personal preference level, but because in this day and age, it's a little immature as a theme.
HOWEVER, despite that, the dialogue is still written in a decently intriguing way, and not nearly as generic as those other listed qualities. Also I like the dark skin red hair design as a sway from the norm. The bandages on Demon Girl is a nice touch, and also a bit unique, and your art is certainly NOT of the 'bad' variety.
ART CRITIQUE:
You shade VERY well, for starters. As far as coloring, however, the only thing that doesn't quite fit as much to me is the hair. It just seems a bit uncanny in the way the strands go together. But I encourage you to keep trying out styles that are more realistic and less 'generic spiky anime hair' because that is what I DO like about it.
You can probably do a lot better on the backgrounds. I'd really like to see you put more effort into them. The blurriness doesn't really fit.
I know this may be another personal preference, but I really don't care for the semi-transparent word bubbles. I just think it'd look more polished if they were just normal, personally. The font is also a little lacking. There are plenty of websites to download free usable fonts, and also there's even programs that will let you write your own.
Overall, from one comic artist to another, I see lots of potential.
I hope this has been helpful, I of course am not trying to dictate your art.

Sure, she's gonne help her, no strings attached. Demons really should start to modernize them selves you know. Maybe starting a website so it would be easier for people to sell their souls.
