Description

If the difference between your LP and your opponent's is at least 2000: Target 1 "Galaxy-Eyes" or "Cipher" Xyz Monster you control; Special Summon from your Extra Deck, 1 "Cipher" Xyz Monster that is 1 Rank higher than that target, by using it as material, and if you do, you can activate that Xyz Monster's effect that is activated by detaching its own Xyz Material(s). (This is treated as an Xyz Summon. Transfer its materials (if any) to the Summoned monster.)

Note: An anime exclusive rank-up-magic spell which lets you activate the summoning xyz monster's effect before arrival. Sounds cool to be honest.
