Description
You can discard this card and 1 Dragon or WATER monster, OR Tribute this card; Special Summon 1 "Tidal, Dragon Ruler of Waterfalls" from your hand, Deck or GY, ignoring its summoning conditions. If this card is Tributed or banished: You can return 1 of your banished Level 7 Dragon monsters to the GY. You can only use each effect of "Stream, Dragon Ruler of Droplets" once per turn.
Note: Can now summon the dragon ruler from anywhere almost, since I've weakened them a lot, and if this card is tributed you can now return a banished level 7 dragon to the grave.
