Oh The Captain is an interesting persona you see there was an extremely large pension that Steven Rogers was supposed to receive but the only way he could get it was if he only worked for the U.S government but he didn't want to do that so he was stripped of his title as Captain America and the shield was taken from him so after that he developed a new identity The Captain his uniform is really bad ass it's basically like the other one but Black, Red and White
