Description We had church celebrations all weekend, including today. Every few months, a priest from QuΓ©bec comes out to celebrate it with us, in French and in English. So before and after the conferences and the service and Mass, I take out some papers and... you guessed it: doodle.

My favorite on this one is the upper right corner, where Tucker landed in an awkward position and Danny's staring at him like "What the heck?!"

I fail MISERABLY at Valerie... but I'm getting there.

And there's Dani Phantom. Didn't have a reference for her, so I just made do with what I had in my brain.

Little Danny and Tucker are lookin' fer cookies and Sam's giving them heck. Ha!

Spectra and Danny... Sam and Danny... chibi plush Sam...

And me. That's how I felt only moments ago, actually. My youngest brother had his confirmation today, so we all went over to my grandparents' house with the priest for a little party. My grandmère likes to speak her mind, and she made me upset again. So yah, being the sensitive person I am, I took it personally this time and went and cried in the sunroom. Then I walked home, absolutely refusing to look at her as I left.

Don't want to be mean, but it hurt me really bad this time. I love my grandparents... but like everyone can now and then, they test my patience.

I'm a clean sketcher, you can say. If I don't want my sketches to look messy, they turn out like this, and people wonder how I can sketch like that. XD All I can say is that if you want the sketch to look clean, it'll look clean. And thank you!

I don't like it when we argue. It's so hard to have that fairy tale relationship with people in your family when your life just isn't... a fairy tale. XD

Aw, the romantic moments are so SWEET! Mushy-gushy love.
You draw kids so well! Darn their annoying cuteness. And I like Dani, you made her look so cute and young but still pre-teen-ish.

Thanks! Kids are so much fun to draw because you can make them do almost anything and they look cute and funny all at once! My first shot at Dani, and without reference. I actually almost forgot that she had a two piece. XDDD Thanks!

I am so bad at drawing kids and I can't capture their spirit or make them look kidish. You are very good, specially the situations that kids get themselves into. xD
Haha, I've only drawn Dani once, in human form but she looked too old. Yeah, she has a weird/different costume, more girly I guess.

XD Well, I'm not that great at drawing adults unless the character was originally an adult. Everyone's good at something, I guess! I can make adult characters look young... sometimes a little TOO young XD ha ha!

Haha! Yeah, that's true! When I went to church this one time last year, my aunt was sitting behind me and she told me that I should get my hair cut (I have long hair). She said it would make me look younger. I told that to my dad and he gave me this odd look while saying "Why would you want to look younger? You're 20!" XD

I need to look through your gallery again i swear! These sketches don't eve half look like sketches, they're pretty clean o:
My favs are the one of Danny and Valerie(cause i love her <3) and the one of them as kids. You've always had a knack for making the cutest kid moments!
I'm sorry about your grandma hurting your feelings D: Its hardest to hear crit from your family. My grandma's a caterer and super impaitent, so whenever she's working she says whatever comes to mind, and it's not typically nice

That's because all of my sketches are clean. I don't like messes, because I want to see what I'm drawing.XD Every now and then I'll make it look messy, but usually I don't.
Danny and Valerie will always be cute. I like both the DxS pairing and the DxV pairing. It was a shame Val broke if off with him in the show, though.
Hee hee! Kids are so much fun to draw, that's why! They do the darnest things! Especially little boys XD
I know. It'll always hurt more when it comes from someone who loves you. *sigh* But grandmas will be grandmas, I guess. Whether they're teachers of caterers or whatever else. (Both of my grandmas worked in schools, beleive it or not.)
