Vogel Voltmann fue otro de los primeros llamados BioniToons, híbridos entre Humano, Mixtoonverso y Bionicle. Vogel es un Onu-Matitoon, pero sus tres hermanos son de otros tipos Mixtoon. su líder es Bionical Linsdey, una Nui-Star-Toon quien creó La Hermandad de Bionical, una legión de humanos BioniToons de distintos elementos. Su poder proviene a favor de Onu-Nui pero nunca pierde durante la batalla.

Nombre: Dynamite (anteriormente Dylan, pero en el pasado)
Lugar de Origen: invocándolo de la Esmeralda Fantasma/Phantom Emerald
Especie: NekroToon, Negatoon
Grupo: Dioses Fantasma
Dynamite nació desde que su antepasado, Dylan, sufrió de una explosión química de un experimento con un Cubit Arcoiris. Dymanite es el mentor de la Phantom Emerald, de hecho Coco Negacoot posee esa gema fantasma. además de Dynamite estuvo incluso Infinite, quien tuvo como portadores de la Phantom Ruby al Dr. Eggman y a Rika Lasti, aunque otras gemas fantasma los tiene los demás villanos Mixtoon.

Vogel is a Onu-Matitoon, but his three brothers are from another Mixtoon types. his leader is Bionical Linsdey, an Nui-Star-Toon who created The Brotherhood of Bionical, a legion of Bionitoons humans of different elements. his power belongs in favor of Onu-Nui but he never loses during the battle.

Dynamite has born since his ancestor, Dylan, suffered from a chemical explosion from an experiment with a Rainbow Cubit. Dymanite is the mentor from the Phantom Emerald, therefore Coco Negacoot posses that phantom gem. in addition to Dynamite there's even Infinite, who had as signers of the Phantom Ruby to Dr. Eggman and Rika Lasti, despite the other Mixtoon villains has the other phantom gems.
