Description
This is the story of how Galaxis got a new pair of boots to go with her uniform.*The early afternoon after her 21st birthday party, Kiera was sent a letter by one of her favourite heroines and inspirations Captain Marvel/Carol Danvers. She was already hung over from the night before, so her excitement was a little too much for her upstairs and downstairs neighbours...*
Kiera: OHMYGODIGOTALETTERFROMCAPTAINMARVEL???!!! (oh my god i got a letter from captain marvel herself)
Upstairs neighbour: *Shouting from upstairs* SHUT UP!!!
Downstairs neighbours: *Shouting from downstairs* You've been partying all last night!
Kiera: *Shouting* I got a letter from a celebrity, leave me alone!
*The letter reads: Kiera, I was at your party last night and we didn't get a chance to talk. I just wanted to say a big 'thank you' for being inspired by me and for helping out with some trouble yesterday. I was wondering if you would like to come and meet another fan? You know where I live. Carol Danvers.*
Kiera: Another fan? She has many fans from across the universe. So it could be any... ooooohhhhh... Now I'm intrigued *a smile widens across her face*
*When Kiera arrived at Carol's home, she spotted a letter on her window: 'Won't be long, have to get supplies. The door is unlocked'. Kiera opens the door and sees Kamala Khan/Ms. Marvel who also took inspiration from Carol*
Kamala: You're Galaxis, right? Nice to meet you, I'm sure you know who I am.
Kiera: Of course, you're Ms. Marvel! I saw you a few times fighting crime. You do a darn good job out there. *she and Kamala shook hands*
Kamala: Carol won't be a while yet, she only went two minutes ago. It's not easy being a superhero. But of course you know that, you've been fighting all sorts of aliens and monsters and criminals for years!
Kiera: *she chuckles* yeah, It's even tougher than you think Kamala. You need to have a great amount of courage and power to fight those sorts of creatures. I'm scared most of the time, and I've just turned 21.
Kamala: I was at your party too! There were a few of people you didn't know were there, huh? Let's talk about how you became Galaxis, Kiera. *The two talk for a while*
*5 minutes later, Carol comes back from the city and notices that Kiera and Kamala have gotten to know each other.*
Carol: Looks like you two already met.
Kamala: Hi Carol, we spoke about how Kiera became a hero, why Thanos was responsible for her nemesis' transformation, and how she took inspiration from you. We also spoke about my origins too. *she giggles*
Kiera: When I told Kamala about being an X-Man, she freaked! hah.
Carol: It's good you had a great time, I've got a present for you before I was attacked by a couple of bandits. Powerful bandits, might I add. *she gives Kiera a large shoe box*
Kiera: Carol, you didn't... *she opens the box and it reveals to be a pair of knee-high deep purple boots, in her size and all. She immediately tries them on*
Kamala: You look awesome!
Carol: Especially with the suit!
Kiera: Yeah, I guess so! Thank you Carol.
Kamala: how about trying them outside?
Kiera: Let's! Carol?
Carol: *she shrugs* Sure.
