Description
As I walked down the street I found it extremely odd that every light turned off as I passed, but I was pretty used to it, since it often happens, specially when I walk down dark alleyways where there is only one rickety old light to show the path.
This time was different, I felt a light coming from a telephone pole which I knew didn't have one. I looked up and all I heard before it went dark was a deep:
"OH YEAH!~"

My half of the December #ShinXChange for ~metalik-fairy of her character Jacques whom seems to be some form of car dragon.
I found him to be a definite challenge, first due to the fact that I obviously don't draw cars that often, and the trouble I had wrapping my mind around the concept, which isn't too bad.
(tho I swear that I got more than one thing wrong on this)
But by the end of this, I was having fun.
I am sorry it's a tad late XD
