Mm, wonderful design! I love the anatomy of the muscles and the scale patterns. I'm curious though, do you own that art book on drawing anthro characters? The hand draped next to the side of your dragon looks very similar to the hand of the anthro t-rex in the book. It's not a bad thing, I was just wondering if it'd provided some inspiration or reference ;3
Oh, and good organization of the shoulder muscles connected to the neck, that's not easy to do with a four-armed creature O.o
