You know, whenever I read some of Zarla's more light hearted comics about Gaster, even those that aren't set during the Handplates stuff, it's kinda weird to see this stark difference.
I mean, I see that thing with Gaster and Asgore in a funny dress being cute, and I'm like: "Aaaaw... he's so adorable when he's not abusing his test tube children over a stupid experiment that would've done jack shit to break the barrier", well, if that's the kind of emotionally uncanny, ambivalent feelings Zarla wants to make us feel with her work, she did a good job, lol
