I defintely agree! I don't have a MySpace, Facebook, Twittter. None of it, and I don't plan on getting any; and the only site I have besides dA is Fanfiction.net. And I'm perfectly happy with that. :3
Let the ones obbessed with their Facebooks and their Twitters and their MySpace tell you you're missing out on 'awesome stuff,' and yada, yada, yada. Just let them, and while they do, you can just sadly shake your head and feel sorry for them that they're obessed with social networking sites while you're obbessed with possibly the most awesome art site ever, that
A.) is a place for artists to commmunicate and share their work.
B.) has truly amazing artists.
C.) never runs out of artwork...there's always new to see!
D.) helps you improve on your art skills-be it writing, drawing, or many other muses!
E.) introduces you to different medias of art.
F.) is a place where you can have critics review your work, and where you can also review others.
G.) is a fun website-sure there's no games, but dA doesn't need that to make it awesome!
Now, tell me, who are the ones that are truly missing out?
