Dear oh dear, this took me forever to draw. I only used one reference, which is the original image.
Looking at my sketch, I can see how horrible I am still with sketching good anatomy from scratch. I have to erase and modify lines in order to achieve the end result.

I don't know who the character is or who the illustrator is, someone requested this to me. I did try to imitate the original illustrator as best as I can, but I still have no idea what kind of brushes settings and blending I should use.
