His name is Tora, he's a Jumi like Shinju and his core is a Tiger's eye.He traveled with Shinju and stayed by her side untill they were separated when fire nation attacked the Air temple, he made Shinju run while he stayed back and fought to give her time to escape, it was a miracle he surrvived.He spent the last 100 year searching for Shinju asuming her and Aang would be together.In the series he ends up traveling with Zuko and Iroh when they are fugitives and goes with them to Ba Sing Se when he reunites with Shinju and travels with her for the rest of the series after thanking them for their kindness towards him.He's a skilled hand to hand fighter and was Ty-Lee's teacher in combat. Aang doesn't like him very much in the beginning but he eventually come to see him as a father figure.He also a founding member of the order of the white lotus.
