So I already got the 20th anniversary Victini (which is actually my second Victini, first was from giveaway), and since I love him so much I made this.
If I'm honest, I actually kinda like how this turned out.
Has anyone ever tried Macaroons? I don't think I have, but they look kinda good.

Victini is from Pokemon, specifically gen V.
