Finally getting to point.

Lazlo and P lived together in a shared flat [the complex isn’t luxurious, but definitely an improvement] accompanied by the shrew hoard. Due to constant spontaneous cloning and immortality the shrews sadly took over their living quarters, causing them to get evicted. By complete and utter coincidence Lazlo stumbled upon an incredibly cheap building for sale [we cannot legally claim this as fact, but allegedly, after a regular Bob hunt P and Lazlo walked by an abandoned hospital, and the next day the owner mysteriously lost both of their legs and a chunk of their central sulcus causing the building to be put up for sale]. For a measly $3.57 Lazlo could finally fulfill their life long dream of being a landlord!

The building, a retired sanatorium, was quickly renovated [a simple vacuum and laundry mat installation] to an apartment complex. Staff was gathered from past friends and the hunt for renters began.
