i was going to call this picture "junior prom" and then realized what a bad move that would be...yea well i don't know where this idea came from, i was just bored and started drawing.
i was going for an old movie look... heh.

i like the theme and style
a couple of things you could try on it though,
put a bit of dust and scatches on t, mess with the filters so it looks more weathered over all, otherwise it kinda feels like a still from an animation, where the front was painted and inked over photo/painted backing. also maybe tone the layer with the girl down a bit...
ya, jr prom might be a bad idea, but she seems more that spy/secret agent type to me
