In flash, I draw one "frame" of wobblyness atop one another--that is, one image drawn twice, then drawn side-by-side to create the jiggle effect. It's kind of odd, but I've always liked doing animations like that.
Color would be great, and I have added it every now and then, but doing the whole thing in color would take me a reaaally long time =O

HA! I knew Zhao watched Catscratch! This explains why his IQ seems to drop about 10 points every episode he appears in.
