Ok, so if you have a lineart on transparency layer then lock free pixels and color the lineart, for example if its black then use a 75% of tansparency and colour it on some colour.. Do you understand me now? Gaaah my english is horrible >>"
If you want i'll make a little tutorial to show you what i mean..
