Though you may be asking, what is she from?
She's from one of Mogeko's upcoming games, Carnival Rhythm. Fun fact, the pronunciation of the title of the game is pronounced the exact same way cannibalism would be~
I may or may not be making Lavinrac, another character said to be in the game, but if you have seen her, you'd know her outfit would be pretty hard to make Lots of dots, stripes, and other designs But I should be able to make Eclair, who is Lavinrac's servant.

Um, I'm also thinking about making some of the character from another one of Mogeko's upcoming games, The End of the Wonderland. Madhata would be made first, because I really like his character design. Though I'd also like to make Sinow Utsuda, but her hair will be an issue.
