oh? who's this? a new character that's not from my little pony? ohohohoho, let's see where this goes--

elf-owl pegasus

twiggy, also called nimbus, is a pegasus with an elf owl base adopted by a kirin named anthea. they're quiet and very shy, selectively mute and also, as some describe, "offputting". it blames its eyes for that, it really hates its eyes. but really, they're really sweet and loving, despite the off putting nature of it, it really means well and just wants friends. unfortunately though, many tend to avoid them.

nimbus is very curious, loving to learn more, loving exploring and seeing more. some would call nimbus "nosey" which, they actually take as a compliment. often getting itself into trouble as a result of all this curiosity. luckily, they've got a good friend named vesta/hestia to keep them in line.

them and vesta have been friend probably, all their lives. they are very close, vesta being twiggy's bodyguard in a way, and twiggy being vesta's listener.

even though nimbus has hestia, they still feel very lonely. its only actual friends being vesta, anthea and the gatekeeper. maybe some of the other kirin fawns, but, really. it doesn't think they see it as their friend. nimbus has always felt a bit of detatchment from the garden herds. never really feeling like they belong as they've never been able to find a place among its herd, family and friends. but eversince learning about a world beyond the border of the garden, nimbus has never wanted to leave the realm more.

everyday, twiggy goes to find the gatekeeper. begging it for details about the outside world, sometimes trying to sneak in ways to leave, but the gatekeeper is resilient in not allowing the foal to leave. so twiggy continue its questions, daily, it returns, and pines for more.
