Description
Feeling random and camera whorish. Meet Eliot. With his wonderful height of 4.5", he helps me with most of my G/T drawings.
He also scolds me and keeps me on track when I have a large pile of schoolwork to do. But that's only when I'm sleep deprived and see and hear other fun things. =X

Nice. I have one of those, but i made it out of wire myself. It's very lightweight, and has magnets on it's hands and feet.

Well, I originally had a real one, but one of it's legs exploded for no reason. So I made my own and used the hands from it. The feet are now part of a fuzzy stop motion character I made. So, really the hands are the only parts with magnets, but I'm gonna buy some from the dollar store to finish up.

Well, I try to keep him in one piece, but my room mates borrow him w/o asking and keep pushing him into positions he shouldn't be in. They don't seem to get that he isn't made of rubber. =/

Aw. in that case, he deserves a hug. I've been bent into positions I'm not supposed to be in as well. (broken bones, sprains, ect. and.. 2 concussions.) Yeah, in that case, your roommates will probably break the poor guy at some point. At which point, you can re-build his joints with armature wire and hot glue, and still keep him in one piece.

Then I vote for inviting someone over for treats as the guise for your diabolical need for a model. Then, utilizing a shrink/growth ray, and having them pose however you need them to. It would definitely help w/ perspective shots. OwO Of course, if you do the growth part AFTER the shrink part, they may take advantage of their new vertical proficiency to get some revenge on ya for any embarrassing poses you forced him/her to do. =X

that sounds like a cool idea, i'll try and get a good pic and hopefully you can do sumthing with it, and if/when i learn to use the photoshop thingy, i could do the same for you

It's not that hard if you want to try photomanips. I use the same program I draw with (corel painter essentials) but a friend of mine, =emeryaxiom uses GIMP, which is free to download. And, I know several people here that use the same program to draw w/, if you're interested in going digital.

and dunno if i'll go digital...i like keeping it simple with good old pencil and paper, i still like using the K.I.S.S method in drawing.....Keep It Simple Stupid!

O.o;; I relayed the message, and I swear I just heard him answer. I think that means it's time to sleep. @_@ Gah! He keeps talking. *waits for him to stop* Okay, it was something along the lines of "Like I have a choice! Besides, you have any idea how embarrassing and uncomfortable some of those poses are??? >.< And what do I get out of it? A comfy place to sleep?
