Some people ask me how i make glitchs ect,lol , hope this helps anyway~
THIS IS HOW I DRAW AND MAKE GLITCH AND NOT HOW I ANIMATED IT!!!
1. sketchs
2. lines
3. clear the lines
4. base color
5. shade + lights
6. color the lines
1. For the glitches I use Gimp and ImageGlitcher
2. I always draw in Paint Tool SAI

Thank you so much for this! That image glitcher is really cool. Based on the looks of it, it wouldn't be hard to recreate in GIMP. I've been trying to make good-looking glitches for the longest time, but the best I could come up with was rearranging some chunks of the picture and making static or changing the hue, but it looks like that program works with different layers, keeping the image intact in the first layer and distorting the second. Also, it's possible to add scan lines to the image in GIMP so it's entirely possible.
