The ursa minan frigate is used manly for border patrol. They have eight foreword facing type five missile launchers, two missile launchers on each side, and four rear facing launchers. It also has the semi-omnidirectional particle beam weapon, and all five special ship abilities. They carry dozens of shuttles and fighters. These have a crew of ten thousand and because they run under cloak at all times, foreign governments have no idea of their existence. This starship class and all larger then it are illegal under the intergalactic ban of super battleships and dreadnaughts imposed by the united galaxies. The empire does not recognize the authority of the united galaxies and build whatever kind of starships they want.
