Right! I decided to play around with ideas such as making body proportions a little exaggerated. I guess I'm pretty pleased with the lines although I do need to work on my hands (curse them).
When colouring I had a few issues with making the face visible but I'm overall pleased with the final outcome. Colouring can sometimes be pretty hard but I'll just keep practising.
As for the background I decided to do something a simple but also linked with the character - again I need to keep working on backgrounds..
Anyway, feedback is always appreciated!

the exaggerated style is pretty sweet - the only suggestion I would make is to give the lines a bit more thickness, and to try giving some of the shapes a slightly more rounded feel. But all in all, I think you're developing a pretty cool style!
