Description
So this is something I created a while back, and only decided to post now because I played TF2 for the first time in a loooong time. This is What If X Was a TF2 Class? where I take a character and try to implement them into the world of Team Fortress 2. And who better to start with, than my OC, Brandon. Let's begin.
Stats:
Health: 200
Speed: 93%
So he's got the health of a Soldier, with the standard speed of a Demoman. Brandon would be focused on damage output, but he lacks the support abilities of other classes. A class for selfish players.
Primary:
Revolver
Stock
Level 1 Revolver
Damage: ~40/~120
Ammo: 6/24
Stock Revolver, same as Spy.
Five-O
Unlocked after 16 Brandon achievements
Level 5 Revolver
Damage: ~48/~144
Ammo: 6/24
When active: -10% movement speed
+20% damage
-10% firing speed
For his primary unlock, Brandon upgrades a bigger gun. The Five-O does more damage, but it both fires slower and makes Brandon move slower when it's active. Make your shots count, because if you miss, you're going to get punished.
Kingdom Keeper
Craft
Level 5 Revolver
Damage: ~32/~96
Ammo: 6/24
As health goes down, crits go up.
+10% firing speed
-20% damage
For his first drop weapon, Brandon pulls out the Kingdom Keeper, virtually the opposite of the Five-O: less damage, but fires faster. It also has a unique stat in that the lower your health, the more likely you are to get crits- because the star of any Western takes down the bad guy after he's already wounded.
Secondary:
Shotgun
Stock
Level 1 Shotgun
Damage: 60/180
Ammo: 6/32
It's the stock shotgun, used by half the classes. A solid pick.
Liquid Courage
Unlocked after 10 Brandon achievements
Level 10 Lunch Box
Damage: N/A
Ammo: 1/∞ (25 seconds)
Drink to gain mini-crits for 6 seconds. Marked for death upon consumption.
For his secondary unlock, Brandon gets his own drink. Liquid Courage gives Brandon a brief burst of mini-crits, but marks him for death. If you're drunk, you make dumb decisions.
Pugnacious Pale Ale
Craft
Level 10 Lunch Box
Damage: N/A
Ammo: 1/∞ (22 seconds)
Drink to increase speed by 20% for 6 seconds. Marked for death for 5 seconds afterward.
For a secondary drop, Brandon gets a different drink. The Pugnacious Pale Ale gives you a speed boost- enabling you to drunkenly go for the kill or sober up for a brief second and escape. Either way, you're getting "marked" with a hangover.
Melee:
Feet
Stock
Level 1 Feet
Damage: 65/195
Ammo: N/A
Heavy punches people to death, Brandon kicks people.
Babyface’s Boots
Unlocked after 22 Brandon achievements
Level 10 Boots
Damage: 78/234
Ammo: N/A
+30% movement speed
+20% damage
When active: +20% damage vulnerability
Brandon's unlockable melee brings him closer to his wrestling roots. The Babyface's Boots give him more speed and more damage, as a face's attacks are always stronger. However, as faces take much more punishment, so will he.
Country Kickers
Craft
Level 10 Boots
Damage: 59/177
Ammo: N/A
+10% firing speed
-10% fall damage to wearer
-10% damage
No snakes in these boots! Of course, the capper to the cowboy set is a pair of cowboy boots. He kicks quick as a whip, for a reduction in damage. And that goes both ways- he'll also take less falling damage while wearing these.
For pre-existing weapons, he'd be able to use the Big Kill as it's a Revolver reskin, the Panic Attack, and the multi-class melee reskins- Pan, Ham Shank, Necro Smasher, Crossing Guard, Bat Outta Hell, Conscientious Objector, Freedom Staff, and Prinny Machete.
