backstory: he was a man created in a laboratory by scientists who wanted to see if a human powered by electrical currants rather than food was possible so his inner workings has a tesla coil instead of a stomach
powers: full control over electricity the ability to travel through power lines following the electrical currants stealing energy charging things through the cord on his head the ability to bring things back to life with an ability he calls living static if he is found dead you can bring him back to life by giving him any kind of electrical currants
weaknesses: it's hard to beat him while not impossible though you would need to overcharge him and give him a blowout something most people haven't figured out yet
likes: anything technology related. playing guitar. human touch he loves hugs and pretty much any positive contact with humans(this stems from his lack of touch at the lab they only used metal
dislikes: scientists. and running low on energy.
voice: he has a high pitched voice that crackles like static electricity
relationships: he has no known relatives exept for sharing some DNA with one of the scientists who helped with the creation of him he has a girlfriend named Allie Rogers who works at a mental hospital
status: he's a hero although certain currants can drive him crazy and he will turn villain
(side note this character was drawn a long time ago so I changed him a lot)
