Description

Figured it was high time I redid this meme for Goliath now that he's been properly fleshed out as a character. These are the characters that shaped my creation of him.

Goliath (Gargoyles)

-Same names aside, both are fierce warriors with soft hearts, they are scorned by those they protect and are given love and affection from a human female.

Godzilla (Godzilla series)

-The most obvious inspiration, both are fearsome kaiju with sheer power, angry dispositions, and are seen as very strong in universe.

Igneel (Fairy Tail)

-Both are giant dragons that took in a human child as their own and raised them to their highest potential.

Mufasa (Lion King)

-Both rule over a jungle environment with discipline and is very knowledgeable of their domains. They aren't afraid to get their paws dirty to protect the ones they love.

Gamera (Gamera series)

-Both are very clever in combat, using brains as well as brawn. They also have soft spots for certain humans, showing them kindness.

Bagheera (The Jungle Book)

-Both are strict teachers and keep a close eye on their human companions for their safety.

Optimus Prime (Transformers)

-Both are wise mentors and brave warriors that believe that life is sacred, and vows to protect the innocent from evil.

Naofumi (Rising Of The Shield Hero)

-A recent inspiration, but both are stern fighters who show their soft sides towards their adopted children, softening at the sight of them.
