Description Here are some more experiments in character design!

The Roven: An alien race concept, only unlike the Jellies from CC1, these are meant to give off more of an exotic tribal feel. They are aquatic in nature, usually setting up base near bodies of water. I based their designs on the Zoras from legend of Zelda.

MEWT: Stands for for Matter and Energy Warping through Telekinesis. He's a clone of MewTwo who's psychic abilities have been jacked up to high heavens via cybernetic enhancements. So much so that he can manipulate matter down to the atom (he once turned Mega-MewTwo inside out like it was nothing). He is the first attempt of a secret project to create a reality warping killing machine, the second attempt of which would result Coby the Cat, hence they are considered brothers (Much to Coby's dismay).

Hazelnut the Squirrel: A concept of one Coby's original friends from his hometown of Toonsville, PA in the 1930's. As her sporty demeanor would imply, she's very athletic and has loves to play sports. Although, I may have goofed a bit with her current outfit, because from what I can tell, they didn't have two-piece track outfits like that in the 1930s.

Beth Valley: Another attempt at an anthropomorphic snake, similar to Sandra Cornwell from CC1. Only this time, she's a cowgirl and has legs.

Worm Prince: Charismatic ruler and representative of the Earth Eaters, a race of man sized anthropomorphic earthworms. Despite being the representative to a subterranean nation already in hot water due to war reparations, the Worm Prince is an irresponsible, misogynistic playboy, often having to rely on his escorts to keep him out of trouble. The Earth Eaters are invertebrate, having no skeletal system but rather are nothing but muscle mass with some dense cartilage thrown in here and there. As is such, they are inherently MUCH more flexible than a human, and when they walk their whole body undulates. Instead of eyes, they have photosensitive patches of nerves under their skin that can flex and contort to simulate blinking and emoting, and they can even light up in the dark.

The Shroomies: These little guys are a race of sentient fungi. They have one big foot-like muscle pad that can contort to move them around, and they have two tendril like muscles to act as arms. They have photosensitive bundles of nerves on their face that act as eyes, which can come in a variety of different shapes and sizes. They do have some elements of the toads from Mario thrown in, but they were mostly inspired by the dancing mushroom sequence from Fantasia. I thought they were some of the cutest things I had seen in my life when I first saw that segment. But when I was first told of the Chinese stereotype controversy, I was deeply upset, and still struggle with it to this day! So I decided to take matters into my own hands and try to make a version of them that nobody could argue was racist!
Fun fact: It's been speculated that the dancing mushroom segment was animated by Chinese American artist, Milton Quon.
